Blu Nutrition Creapure Creatine Monohydrate is 100% pure and ultra fine, making it easily absorbed and ultra soluble. Combine with a protein shake or with water alone. Creatine Monohydrate is suggested to support lean muscle growth and promote strength and endurance. 

Typical serving suggestion:

 5g / 1 daily serving. Loading phase: 3-4 servings per day for 5-7 days We recommend 1 x 5g serving (1 scoop provided), of Creapure creatine monohydrate powder to 400-500ml of chilled water, or alternatively, your preferred fruit juice. Use a shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds or stir for approximately 10-15 seconds.

Note: 

Always gauge approximately 100ml liquid per 1g creatine monohydrate. We advise assessing tolerance to Creatine before using in conjunction with products also containing Creatine.
