WHAT IS OMEGA 3?
Omega - 3 fish oil 1000mg contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, normal brain function and can help lower triglyceride levels in your blood to maintain the normal function of the heart. 330 EPA DHA 220 High Concentration in fish gelatine capsules.
Fish Oil capsules contain Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are found in oils from certain types of fish, vegetables, and other plant sources. These fatty acids are not made by the body and must be consumed in the diet. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids work by lowering the body’s production of triglycerides. High levels of triglycerides can lead to coronary artery disease, heart disease, and stroke.
Fish Oil should be used together with diet and exercise to help lower triglyceride levels in the blood.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE?
For adults, the recommended daily amount for Omega 3 is 250-2000milligrams (mg) a day and for athletes is 3000 milligrams (mg). We have made sure that this Omega 3 product is perfectly dosed for active trainers. For 2 softgels a day use this pot will last you 45 days and for the high dosage of 3000milligrams (mg) 3 softgels 30 days.

Please be aware that if your product is held or delayed in customs we (NI Supplements) or the courier cannot get more updates than what will appear of your tracking info. Customs are an entity of their own as with new Brexit laws they are sometimes extremely slow at processing orders. Any delays outside of our standard stated delivery times due to customs we cannot accept as our responsibility. We cannot contact them to speed up your order.

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery) then a re-shipping fee is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost.
